Shipping policy
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Malaysia only, including West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
Please note that we do not ship to:
- P.O. Box addresses
- FELDA areas
Shipping coverage by courier may change without prior notice. If your delivery address falls outside the courier’s service area, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
2. Shipping Rates
West Malaysia
- Flat rate shipping: RM7
- Free shipping for orders of RM55 and above
- Free shipping + free premium gift-ready box for orders of RM130 and above
East Malaysia
- Flat rate shipping: RM15
- Free shipping for orders of RM95 and above
- Free shipping + free premium gift-ready box for orders of RM130 and above
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.
During peak seasons, public holidays, or promotional periods, processing time may be longer than usual.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
West Malaysia
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days
East Malaysia
Estimated delivery time: 6–9 working days
These delivery timeframes are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Actual delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- weather conditions
- festive seasons
- courier delays
- remote area routing
- other unforeseen circumstances
Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery speed is no longer fully under our control.
5. Courier Service
We usually ship orders via DHL.
For urgent orders, please contact us via WhatsApp at 014-9681250. We will do our best to reply during working hours. If urgent same-day or faster delivery is required, we may arrange Lalamove, but all Lalamove charges must be borne by the customer.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking email will be sent to your registered email address through EasyParcel.
If you do not see the tracking email, please:
- allow some time for the email to arrive
- check your junk or spam folder
You may use the tracking number provided to monitor your parcel status.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Please note:
- Orders cannot be changed once placed
- Shipping addresses cannot be amended after checkout
- Any issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, including failed delivery, returned parcel, or extra shipping charges, shall be borne by the customer
Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.
8. Packaging
We pack all parcels carefully to minimise the risk of damage during transit. However, once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, the condition of the package during delivery is beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.
